Savannah’s Bar & Restaurant is located in Lytham, United Kingdom. We operate as a dining and event venue providing food, beverages, and private event services.
These Terms govern all website users and guests booking or attending events at our premises.
3. Bookings and Deposits
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit may be required to secure reservations for special events, large parties, or private functions.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
No refunds will be given for a drop in numbers or non-attendance on the day of the event.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if required by law, safety regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or credit may be offered at our discretion.
4. Event Terms
Bookings for events or other special occasions may have additional conditions, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. Entry to events is subject to age restrictions, dress code, and responsible behavior. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone behaving inappropriately or breaching our venue policies.
5. Payments
Payments can be made online or in person at the venue.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In the event that Savannah’s must cancel a booking, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
No-shows or reduced attendance on the day are not eligible for any refund.
7. Liability
Savannah’s will not be held responsible for loss or damage to personal property while on the premises. Guests are expected to act responsibly and respect other patrons and staff.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or attempt to access restricted areas or data. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free or up-to-date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
